First, YAY Renee and Geert!!! Every time I look at those precious angels I could just cry. They have 2 beautiful children!
Next, you guessed it, today is 5 weeks waiting for a referral!! We are making progress on the future home of baby Clevinger and we are moving through the waiting weeks quickly! We have an awesome God who always offers his comforting hand. We are hopeful and prayerful that the wait won't be too much longer and today would be a great day for a referral!!! Hope everyone has a great day!!

Ok, so this has nothing to do with your blog but can you please tell me why Days of Our Lives is getting soooo dumb. What is up with Phillip and Bell?? Come on already and Colleen and Santo are driving me nuts!! Ok, done venting:-)

I don't know if I ever responded to you about why we thought November? I assume you saw the whole ordeal about the rainy season, which you won't have to worry about! I am feeling good that you will have a baby home for Christmas - might be right under the wire, but a wonderful gift nonetheless! I have my fingers crossed for a quick referral. I'll keep my eyes and ears open for any news when we're there (9/17-24)!!

How is the house coming along? I remeber when my husband and I were building our first home, we drove out there everyday and if they had just moved dirt we were excited. Oh, but when the frame went up then being able to walk around with walls...fun stuff. I hope it keeps you busy. Take lots of pictures and post some.
Our first five weeks flew by too, and it sounds like you have plenty going on in life to keep you occupied. Thanks for the prayers! We hope this is the week, but we know that it will happen and that the timing will end up being perfect! You're requesting a boy, right? Hopefully your referral comes a little sooner than ours and you get to pick him up for Christmas. What fun! Hang in there and keep enjoying the ride. What a wonderful time we'll all have to look back on in the near future... =)
